Scout Group AGM – June 2026

The Hambledon Village Scout Group’s Annual General Meeting was held on a sunny evening on the 19th June at the village hall.

Our Lead Volunteer, Steve, gave a brief account of the activities over the year:

In the last year we have enjoyed climbing, archery, shooting cycling, bounce fitness etc. A varied and engaging program. Visit by PC Tester, visit to fire station, litter picking, cleaning churchyard, wide games and orienteering, cooking and “I’m a scout get me out of here” evening with actual bugs.  Traditional bushcraft and camping skills too. Gunnel, District Camp and scouts won cooking on open fires. Family camp and cubs camped with 2nd Waterlooville.

The AGM was followed by a barbeque outside the hall for all! Kindly operated by some of our helpful volunteers.
